HOW IT BEGAN
This journey began on July 4, 2003 in Prospect Park, Brooklyn. Some family and friends got together for a festive event. On this day, I began to truly learn about the art of smoking meat and other food items via a Weber grill. I learned about the aroma of wood and wood chips, and the scent and taste that makes for delicious bbq.
After a few bbq's including volunteer service for friends, the realization the the bbq industry needed more authenticity as well as the backyard style of service. Therefore, I made the decision to officially become a business in 2014.
THE BAKERS
The overall goal for us at Baker’s Authentic Grilling is the satisfaction of our customers. We aim to build long-lasting business relationships with our clients. We change the menu to satisfy your venue.
Baker’s Authentic Grilling LLC caters weddings, cookouts, community events, parties, sweet sixteens, stadium games(including high school), church events, police events, etc.
